Maintenance and Safety The difference with Coachman is the hands-on approach of the owners and all other staff. We have a 24-hour emergency line that connects to a call-out crew for road-side assistance and a back-up coach need be. Coachman preferred service provider to repair our coaches – Chanson Repairs (Pty) Ltd, know each and every bolt and screw on all our coaches and fix any problems before they even occur. After the introduction of our 5000km Checklist we are 100% confident that we supply safe and reliable coaches for every trip.
